Spring is in full force with summer right around the corner so why not celebrate with some poppin’ pink lips? This is definitely the perfect time of year to bust out those bold pink lip glosses that have been chilling in your stash all fall and winter. Pull ’em out girl! In honor of Pink Wednesday, I decided it would be a good idea to share a little pink gloss inspiration for you to get in the pink mood and really bring in spring the right way. ‘Cause we all know spring is all about those bold pinks!

During Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty, I picked up a new rocking pink gloss to flaunt this spring and summer but I’ve also been digging in my stash to pull out some old favorites too. My bold pink gloss picks include:
- NARS Place Vendome Larger Than Life Lip Gloss strawberry pink
- Ruby Kisses Lively Pink Lip Lacquer bubblegum pink
- LORAC Vixen Alter Ego Lip Gloss magenta pink
All three glosses are amazing quality with NARS Place Vendome being the most sheer and wearable and Ruby Kisses Lively Pink being the most bold and fun with LORAC Vixen being a girly, flirty medium between the two. NARS Place Vendome Larger Than Life Lip Gloss is a great option for pink lovers who like to go bold in stride as it has a soft, sheer finish that adds a nice berry pink flush to lips that makes lips look like they’ve just been kissed. Ruby Kisses Lively Pink Lip Lacquer is almost like a liquid lipstick as it’s incredible pigmented and offers full coverage with a single layer. Lively Pink certainly is for the die hard pink gals who love to make a statement with a poppin’ lip color that lights up every room she walks into. LORAC Vixen Alter Ego Lip Gloss, as I mentioned earlier, is a happy medium between Place Vendome and Lively Pink with semi-sheer buildable coverage. Vixen can easily be worn alone as it can get quite bold when built up. However, it’s also rather easy to sheer out in case you’re not quite ready to go that bold.
If I had to choose my favorite, it would be LORAC Vixen Alter Ego Lip Gloss because it’s semi-sheer and very lightweight so it plays nicely with other lipsticks so it’s very versatile and adds a flirty pink touch to any lippie I choose to pair it with. You honestly can’t go wrong with either of them though so if you’re in need of a fun, pink lip gloss for spring and summer I highly recommend checking out one of these beauties!
